Luis was on time to our quote and was very honest about our vents being clean and the fact that they do not need to be professionally cleaned (while other companies gave us a quote and wanted us to schedule right away!). Boston Restoration Solutions Inc.should be on your vendor list. Luis has a can-do attitude and delivers results no matter how big the challenge is.I had another vendor lined up for a big black water flood job in a basement of a commercial property. But the person bailed and left me with little time to find a new vendor.I was able to contact Luis at 4pm on the same day. He arrived onsite in less than 30min, ready to do the job and get it done. Luis was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to not only help us with our immediate issue, he spent a lot of time helping come up with solutions as to how to remedy the situation so it wouldn’t happen again. He was very easy to communicate with, was always on time and responsive, and well worth the cost of everything he did for us.
